Dear Ladies,
Please remember that the Love and Respect seminar at Holy Cross on Sullivan's Island is rapidly approaching. You can still sign up on line at their website. It will be Friday night and Saturday morning, September 5 and 6. It is only a total of about 7 or 8 hours. I have heard from several sources how wonderful it was. Foster and I happened to be at HC one Sunday this summer and the officiating priest had just completed it with his wife. He said that he really had no desire to take it but did so at the beckoning of his wife and was thrilled that he had afterwards. You can tell your hubbies there is no "small group sharing" time. All discussions are between spouses. He encouraged their congregation to participate in this upcoming one.
I am praying the Lord to lead other couples from St. Paul's to take the seminar and then perhaps if we have good feedback it might be something to offer later in the year at our church.It would be great to have others input and discernment on it.God bless and hope to see you there.
