Last night's Women at the Well event was a lovely evening of sharing. Thanks to everyone who contributed in any way. The rooms were beautiful (thanks, Jeannie!) and it was so peaceful listening to the pitter patter of rain outside while our panel shared their experiences with quiet time. Although the rain and the MANY, many fall activities kept some ladies away, those who came were ready to receive.
The Lord spoke to me quite clearly on Tuesday night regarding His definition of success. We are not to gauge our success in this ministry by the number who attend or other "factors" that we can see and measure. He is after heart change and that is something only He can measure. We are to simply obey His call and leave the rest up to Him. And we did.
What a wonderful Lord we have. He is faithful. He is good. He can move mountains and He can melt hearts. Bless you all.
